Who we are

Agentic Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides AI advice and implementation for UK businesses. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy, which means we decide how and why it is used.

You can contact us about this policy or your information at:

What we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, email or call us, we collect the details you choose to share. This usually includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, the service you are interested in and your message.

Information when we work together

If you become a client, we hold business contact details for you and your colleagues, along with correspondence, project records and invoicing details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the website. We do not use analytics or advertising tools that track you.

How we use it

We only use personal information where the law allows. We rely on these lawful bases:

  • To reply to your enquiry, because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, and because you may want to enter into a contract with us.
  • To provide our services, because it is necessary to perform our contract with you or your organisation.
  • To keep records and meet legal duties, such as accounting and tax rules, because we have a legal obligation to do so.
  • To run and protect our website, because it is in our legitimate interests to keep it working and secure.

We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked to receive them or, where the law allows, if you are an existing client and have not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only where needed, with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and form provider (Netlify), email and file storage providers, and accounting software. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
  • Technology platforms used to deliver a client project, where agreed with that client.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client records: for the length of our working relationship and up to six years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • Website logs: for the short period set by our hosting provider.

After this, we securely delete or anonymise the information.

Keeping it secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and act quickly if anything goes wrong.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to restrict how we use your information
  • object to us using your information based on our legitimate interests, including for marketing
  • ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, where this applies
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, contact us at info@agenticadvisory.net. We will respond within one month. There is usually no charge.

Cookies

Our website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we use your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
